Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Due to the handmade nature of a number of our products please allow up to 5 days for packaging. We ship with Australia Post, and understand there are delays with postage, especially during peak times due to the impact of COVID-19. These delays are beyond our control.

If you need your items by a specific date, please contact us before making the order and we will see what we can do to help you.



Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds or exchanges will be granted if an item is damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email us at info@playourway.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order, with photos of the damaged item, and we will happily organise a replacement. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer as we will be unable to provide further assistance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
